We believe nothing is more important than customer satisfaction. From the initial interaction to long after the product is installed, we want to ensure you are satisfied with the experience and become a lifelong customer. Below is our Limited Lifetime Warranty, as well as a few policies we hope will be helpful to you. If you have any questions, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss further.
Covered:
- Yumore will only provide the original residential retail purchaser with a limited lifetime warranty on the accompanying product if the product is properly installed and retained in the original window.
- The product warranty covers manufacturing defects (i.e. product design,material or workmanship defects that make the product unusable) and enjoys a 5-year warranty
Not Covered:
- Any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, including wear and stretching
- Damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident or relocation of the product
- Exposure to the elements (sun, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time
- Normal variations in material color, dye batches, grain and texture, and imperfections inherent in natural products (e.g., slight warping of wood products)
- Failure to follow our instructions for proper installation, care, cleaning or maintenance
- Normal maintenance related to motors and related accessories, including but not limited to charging and replacing batteries
- Shipping costs, removal costs, re-measurement costs or re-installation costs for products not installed by our professionals
- Third-party interference (including any conditions or damage caused by measuring, installing, removing, relocating, modifying, repairing or re-installing the product by anyone other than a yumore authorized professional)
Not Covered:
- Due to the custom-made nature of our products, yumore blinds does not offer returns.
Warranty Remedy:
If this yumore product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we will (at our sole discretion) take one of the following actions:- DRepair product
- Replace the product
- Refund the cost of the product
